Don’t forget to mention if you’re RSVPing for multiple people.
Gentlemen need to wear a jacket and tie for the club. The full dress code can be found on the New Club website
Kilts are encouraged (but not compulsory) whether you’re Scottish or not.
Finally, please make sure you’re dressed to ceilidh - flat shoes are essential.
You being part of the our wedding day is more than we could ask for!
If you are feeling particularly generous and would like to give a gift, we have all the homeware we could ever want but always love receiving fun socks. Jo is a size 8 and Stuart is a size 9.
In order to add a little competition, the best pair will be framed alongside the wedding coin for all to see.
There are a small number of rooms available at the New Club on a first come, first served basis.
Rooms start at £90 for one person or £170 for two.
If you would like to stay at the club please contact reception on 0131 226 4881 or reception@newclub.co.uk.
Flying is the quickest way to get to Edinburgh.
We’d recommend taking the Airlink bus into town (rather than the tram). It takes 30 minutes, leaves every 10 minutes and stops on Princes Street a short walk from the New Club.
Edinburgh city centre is almost all short stay parking or permit holders only. There are several NCP Car Parks near the city centre.
Edinburgh Waverley is a 7 minute walk from the New Club. Normal trains take about 5 hours from London or you can take the sleeper train.
Edinburgh Bus Station is a 10 minute walk from the New Club.
The wedding will be at the New Club in Edinburgh.
The entrance can be tricky to find. It’s on Princes Street, just to the right of Ann Summers.
Please ring the bell on arrival. Phones should be on silent at all times whilst in the club.

Since Rubik (pictured) is not allowed to attend the coin toss, we are taking her on a walk up Arthur’s Seat in the morning instead. We would love it if some (or all) of you would join us. Please bring appropriate footwear (trainers/walking shoes) as the path is uneven and can be muddy.
We’ll be meeting at 08:30 at the Broad Pavement car park, Holyrood Park. Google Maps doesn’t like the address so please use this link or Parkopedia to find it.
Please arrive on time - Jo will leave stragglers behind.
If you need to contact us on the morning, please call Jo on 07515 646 129 or Stuart on 07500 980 398. Sadly, Rubik does not have a mobile but she’ll bark you her location!
